Terms of Service
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use nodoautomations.com (the "site") and when you hire Nodo Automations, a business process automation service run by Christian Sandoval in Florida, USA ("we", "us"). Each project also has a written proposal. If the proposal and these terms say different things, the proposal wins.
2. Using the site
The content on the site is general information about our services. Please do not misuse the site, try to break or overload it, or send false information through its forms. The site is provided "as is", and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
3. Services and proposals
We design, build and maintain automations for businesses. The scope, price, timeline and payment terms of every project are set out in a written proposal that you accept before work starts. Prices shown on the site are starting prices and can change with the scope of the work. We work as an independent contractor, not as your employee.
4. Payments, testing and our guarantee
- What "working" means. Before work starts, the proposal lists what the system must do (the "acceptance checklist").
- Payments. You pay 50% of the build fee to start and the remaining 50% when the system is accepted.
- Testing period. Once the system is ready, you have 14 days to test it with your own data.
- Adjustments. If something on the checklist does not work, we fix it at no cost, with up to 3 rounds of adjustments during the testing period.
- Acceptance. The system is accepted when you approve it, or when the 14 days end without you telling us that something on the checklist is not working.
- If we cannot make it work. If, after those adjustments, the system still does not do what the checklist says for reasons within our control, you do not pay the remaining 50% and we switch the system off. If you still want to keep it, you can pay the balance and it is yours.
- Deposit. The 50% deposit is refunded in full only if we cancel the project or if we have not started work yet.
What does not count as a failure
- Outages, delays, approvals or changes made by third-party services (for example Meta, Twilio, Google or your CRM).
- Access, accounts or information that you needed to provide and did not.
- Features that were not on the acceptance checklist. We quote those separately.
- Changes made to the system by you or by someone other than us.
- Business results such as sales, leads or savings.
5. Monthly plan (monitoring and support)
- After acceptance, your system runs under a monthly plan starting at $99/month, as stated in your proposal.
- Your automations run on your own n8n account, which you own and pay for directly (see section 6).
- The plan covers daily monitoring of your automations, fixing anything that stops working, updating connections when a connected app changes, and a monthly report.
- Improvements, new features and new automations are not included. We quote them separately, and the price depends on what you ask for.
- The plan is billed monthly in advance. If an invoice is more than 15 days late, we may pause monitoring and support until it is paid.
- The plan is month to month. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. When the plan ends, we hand over your workflows (export files and setup notes) and we stop monitoring and supporting them. Your n8n account and your automations stay with you.
6. Third-party services
Automations depend on tools made by other companies, such as n8n, Google, Meta/WhatsApp, Twilio, CRMs and accounting software.
- Their usage fees and subscriptions are billed to you directly by those providers and are not included in our prices. This includes your n8n account (n8n Cloud or your own server), where your automations run.
- Their availability, pricing, approvals and rules are outside our control. When they change, we adjust your system as part of the monthly plan where reasonably possible, but we cannot guarantee that a third-party service will stay available.
7. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to the accounts involved. You keep ownership of your accounts and credentials.
- Make sure you have the right to contact your customers, including any consent required by laws on text messages, calls and email (such as the TCPA and CAN-SPAM).
- Review and approve the messages your automations send before they go live.
- Do not use our services for spam, for anything unlawful, or to process protected health information under HIPAA.
8. Indemnity
If someone makes a claim against us because of messages your automations send to your contacts without the consent the law requires, because of content or data you gave us, or because you used the system in a way that breaks the law or these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, including legal fees.
9. Results and AI
Examples, estimates and the savings calculator on the site are illustrations, not promises. We build what the proposal describes, but we do not guarantee specific revenue, leads or savings.
Some automations use artificial intelligence, for example to draft replies or summarize information. AI can make mistakes. We include the human review steps agreed in the proposal, and you remain responsible for the decisions you make and the messages you approve.
10. Ownership
Once you have paid the build fee in full, you own the automations built specifically for your business and all of your data. We keep ownership of our general know-how, templates and reusable components, and you may keep using them inside the systems we built for you. We may describe the type of project in our portfolio without confidential details, unless you ask us not to.
11. Confidentiality
We keep your business information and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the service.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected service in the three months before the claim.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as internet or provider outages, natural disasters or changes by third-party services.
13. Ending the relationship
You can cancel the monthly plan as described in section 5. Other ongoing services end as described in the proposal. Fees already paid for work delivered are not refundable, except as provided in section 4.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. If a disagreement comes up, we will both first try to resolve it in good faith: write to the other side explaining the problem and allow 30 days to find a solution. If it is not resolved, any legal action must be filed in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
15. General
These terms and your proposal are the entire agreement about the project. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right right away, we do not give it up.
16. Changes and contact
If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top of this page. Questions: christian@nodoautomations.com.
Legal
Términos del servicio
Última actualización: 16 de septiembre de 2026
